OPSSC and the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (OEEO) collaborate with public sector agencies to enhance the reputation of the Western Australian public sector, and build strength and diversity through elements of the:

  • Public Sector Management Act 1994
  • Public Interest Disclosure Act 2003; and
  • Equal Opportunity Act 1984.

OPSSC includes the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (OEEO) which has a role to assist public authorities to achieve equal employment opportunity.
