CEO Selection

OPSSC provides independent advice to the Minister for Public Sector Management on re-appointment and on using objective, fair and comprehensive processes to select persons suitable for appointment to chief executive officer positions in the public sector.

The functions derive from section 45 and section 48 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 (external website).
