What are your agency's reporting responsibilities?
In its annual report your agency needs to include details of significant actions. This is to ensure that you comply with the WA Code of Ethics and your agency's own code of conduct.
OPSSC conducts the Annual Agency Survey to assist with this responsibility. When you complete this survey your agency automatically meets its legislative reporting responsibilities to OPSSC. You can use the information that you collect here to prepare your annual report.
OPSSC has published the Good Governance Guide: Helping You to Comply with the Standards to help agencies meet their accountability requirements. We use the compliance checklist in the Good Governance Guide to judge the W.S. Lonnie Award for the best annual report. This award is sponsored by OPSSC.
