How can OPSSC assist?

OPSSC helps the public sector meet the Public Sector Standards in Human Resource Management. As a central agency, OPSSC receives information on across sector practices. We are able to link products and training to good practice. In this way we can help individual agencies raise the standards in human resource management.

We have created a range of specific products for use within the Western Australian Public Sector.

We offer a full range of consultancy services, education and customised training packages and online learning tools. These can support your agency’s human resource management practices.

Our community of practice supports professional networks for HR practitioners. It provides a secure environment for knowledge development and sharing through face to face meetings and an online network.
