For advice on making a disclosure under the PID Act contact the PID officer in the public authority where the conduct occurred in the first instance. If you don't know the name of the PID officer please refer to the list below which provides the names of PID officers in each public authority. You may also be able to make your disclosure to a ‘named proper authority’ and this will depend on the nature of information you have.
